Fighter's Battleclub - Blake's Topic
I've decided to just have everyone have their own topic. I think it might be a good idea to save some space in here afterall...
--------------------------------
Name: Blake Carche
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Bio: Blake was raised in a small town in the countryside for a long time in his life. Every day he would work with his father with physical tasks that needed to be accomplished. Most notably is that Blake has cut many a tree and logs, which have added to his muscular strength and skill in using an axe. As an adult of 18 years of age, Blake finally left his home in search of work that would challenge his skills and wits to the maximum, and the battle club was the perfect way of doing so.
Stats
HP - 220
MP - 100
Strength - 60
Defense - 45
Intelligence -30
Spirit - 30
Agility - 40

Block - Level 2 - Goes into a defensive stance; can be used after attacking, but not after special attacks. Gives a slight chance to completely block attacks (currently 10%) and a slightly better chance to reduce the damage by half (Currently 40%).
Cleave - Level 2 - A standard attack when first used. After the each use, the damage of the attack is increased (currently by x1.5) of the damage the last attack did but the accuracy of the attack is reduced by 5%. If Cleave does not hit or isn't used on the next turn its damage/accuracy returns to normal.
Charge - Level 0 - 20MP. Charges weapon with electricity to boost damage. Adds 15 damage (electric) to next attack and can sometimes cut (25%) or ignore enemy defenses (0%).
Ground Force - Level 0 - 10MP. Hits everyone in melee with a weak electric attack: (Intelligence - opponent's Spirit). Has chance of knocking everyone hit off balance (0%). Those off balance have a good chance of failing next action.
Gut Lodge - Level 1 - Has -25% Accuracy and if it hits deals (Str x2 - opponents defense) x2. If it fails nothing happens however.

Prize Fight - A battle against an opponent for rewards. There are 5 levels: Easy, Normal, Hard, Very Hard and Impossible. Name what you want to try and go for (Gold, AP, a piece of equipment) and if you win you'll get a reward based off whatever level you picked.
Guantlet - Battle against multiple fighters in a row. Has a large reward, but is incredibly challenging to clear its levels.

You didn't specify what kind of prize; but whatever I guess you could say that at anytime.
Blake

Eitel
HP:240
MP:60
Eitel uses Sword's Dance.
Eitel attacks; you block the attack with your shield.

Eitel attacks; you block the attack with your shield.
Eitel attacks; hits for 30 damage.
Eitel attacks; misses.
Its your turn now, in fact you get two turns in a row. Sword Dance makes him lose a turn, to make up for how rediculous of an attack it is. (Also, disregard the fact I'm reusing characters, if I'm going to look up a name meaning I'm going to get some real use out of it.)

Charge, Swing and a Miss. (Your accuracy isn't that great; especially not when trying to use a really innaccurate finisher move)
Eitel uses Sword's Dance.
Eitel attacks. Hits for 30 damage.
Eitel attacks. You block it with your shield.
Eitel attacks. Misses.
2 turns once again.

...Your gut lodge has like 40% accuracy; and you have less than 75% even with normal attacks. Axes suck as far as hitting stuff goes in this sadly; I might throw in some less power/more accuracy ones later.
You use Cleave. You hit for 50 damage.
You use Cleave. You hit for 75 damage.
Eitel uses True Sight. Accuracy increased slightly. (Free Action)
Eitel uses Sword's Dance.
Eitel Attacks. You block it with your shield. Cracks begin to form on shield.
Eitel Attacks. Misses.
Your turn x2.

*Does a roll for the hell of it*
And your next attack with Cleave hits. He's done. You got really lucky (Shields blocking 150 damage total, him missing at 80% accuracy one time, my decision to weaken him so he couldn't technically 1 shot you whenever he attacked :P ). Also, I think I might give Shields a set HP, instead of just a set number of attacks they can block before having a random chance to be broken. Not too sure how it would work out exactly, how much is too much and so forth. Oh, and if I do, don't be surprised if your shield is only able to block 1 attack before breaking. Might drop their chance to block some too, since 'half of the time' is a bit much and makes for shields only lasting a match or too before being replaced.
Your reward is 250gp, as I have no idea on what a good value should be.

Can I repair my shield for a lesser price instead of purchasing another one? Can I also refrain from equipping my shield if I think the battle will be an easy one in a gauntlet challenge?
In the meantime, I know I'm buying:
-3 Lt. Potions - 30gp. Restores 50HP
-1 Lt. Ether - 30gp. Restores 50MP.
-1 Sword Pin - 80gp. Boosts accuracy by 5% while equipped.
270 - 90 - 30 - 80 = 70 gold left

Err... crap. I completely forgot about exp. I guess it will be 30 for that fight. (Goes through editting stuff once more)
Also, on shields; I guess I'll stick with the minimum number of hits thing I have now; since switching to anything else means your shield is completely broken at the moment. Or if you don't mind I could change it to an HP based thing; or something so they are a bit less powerful.
Your opponent
Troy
HP:260
MP:50
Troy focuses for an attack.
