The Surprise of Rock On! was +45 damage? I thought it combined the models.

Well, I honestly enjoyed the game's concept.
Collecting character's from all sorts of familiar and obscure series, but there was a great issue with balance.
A lot of toys had Super's that were limitless, and a lot of toys had Supers with a way too small limit.
Look at Super Shadow, or SephirothKirby, for example. "I" am ridiculously broken, the Super was actually intended to reset at 0 after each use, but I forgot to include that, and you actually let me get by. A lot of chips were broken, too. Like "Objection!". The amount of fortune accumulated was also quite off balance, look at BSD.
The plot was acceptable, I wasn't thrilled, although it's hard to write, and I imagine it was focused on gameplay, with the massive amount of toys needed to be produced.
Really, whenever I think of problems, it always traces back to the balance. This game would be great if it had more balance. I wish this game could have even more strategy.
Unfortunately, I feel that my game might've gone that way too...I'm not sure how balanced it is. I'll do a test run, for the first arc, and if it works, keep going, if not scrap and rebuild. I do hope you'll enjoy it, I really want characters you can really feel for, not characters you can put your finger through (not to imply that yours were, but some more backstory could've helped).
At this point, I'm just going on about my own series, not yours, so I'll simply conclude it with this:

The reason I found it enjoyable was probably because of the freedom. To get anything from any series ever, and use it in Pokemon-esque battles. I know it wasn't your original concept, but it was vastly better than the last one. I can say yours isn't balanced, but damn, the last one was ridiculous. I wish there was more to do, but even I had that problem, so the game over all is repetitive. I loved the interaction between players. The computers may not have been difficult, but the attraction was probably PvP, which wasn't incorporated nearly enough. I'm hoping for better results on that, myself.

WM Cures GB, bringing him up to 175 while The Master is switched out for Vent, Vent taking the damage, bringing him down to 100. I give him the power of the Rock On! chip, then have him tear into Ruonix Truth with his ZX Saber, with the fury of, well...something. I don't know what, but it's something.
(85 (If Vent doesn't perform his "super" saber attack) + ??? from Rock On!)

"Goodbye" solemnly leaves his lips, as the katana is unleashed at a speed that mere mortals couldn't possibly hope to see. Any light in the arena is instantly eaten up by the darkness consuming him.
Two large, purple wings form behind him, as the room grows freezing cold. The air gets stale. The wings aren't plainly visible in the darkness, but you can see the space morphing around, as if the energy can't be contained.
"Blood..."
The wings outstretch, as he dashes toward him with the speed of a bullet. The katana impales him, as his eyes widen and the life is drained out of him.
"Requiem."
The twisted monstrosity that used to be a man coughs, and wheezes, unable to say anything intelligible.
He leaves his katana in him, turning his back to him and walking away, toward his "comrades".
But one shimmer of emotion is apparent, as he mutters the words...
"See you, [Strike]Robert[/Strike] [Strike]Richard[/Strike] Rufus."

The Master enters the field. Giga Bowser is once again Cured by WM, bringing him up to 310. To Dragoshi, it was all a formality. "I do believe this is goodbye. ...And good frickin' riddance to you, Rufus. Good frickin' riddance." He said, his tone of voice sounding rather bitter.
"You could've had it all. But no. You wasted your chance by squandering your power and offing your siblings. Just like a moron would. In all honesty, it's kinda pathetic. Kinda. But...that's not important. What is is that this is over. And any attempts by you to go against that shall be ended swiftly" He said, the hatred in his voice simmering up to the top ever so slowly.
"I could go on, but all in all...You know where you failed? Simply by making this overly-long plan. You wanna know what I would've done? ...no? Too bad, i'm saying it anyway. Simply put, you should've just swarmed everyone to death with the strongest toys you could muster and be over with it. Sadly...It doesn't seem you were smart enough to come up with that. Too bad...so sad."
Dragoshi then straightened up. "It matters not, though. You'll never have the chance to do that." He then looks over to The Master "Now...if you may." And with that, The Master proceeded to join in on the supers and assist in nuking Ruonix with a ray of Magical Light. "And thus, was the end of Rufus. "Hey, you four! What are you doing, lying around!?" a voice called out. "We have to go find those four guys who disappeared along with the top of the Toy Tower!"
BSD, SK, MK and Tazy rose from the ground, grunting. The Sun's rays felt like stabs to their eyes, as a Police Officer hassled them for sleeping.
"Good, you're up. Now stop slouching around and help...uh, I think their names were GreyboneDragoshi, Kefkaknight, Stereoknight and Amazee. "
The 4 all facepalmed at once.
"Wha?" the Police Officer looked insulted. "What'd I do wrong?"
"You got our names wrong..." Tazy stated, his palm still attached to his face.
"Oh, so-wait, OUR!? You're the four!? Quick, come with me! I need a promotion!"

He did not get the promotion, but the 4 were asked to speak with the chief. Once there, they explained everything that had happened.
"I can't believe it...Rufus was behind everything..." the chief stated, taken back. "Tazy, I'd suggest you go to the medical team. I must speak with these 3..."
After Tazy left, the Chief addressed BSD, SK and MK.
"Good work, you three. You've saved everyone...As such, you will all be mailed a check for your efforts." the Chief stated. "Thank you very much."
"You're welcome." the 3 replied.
"Unfortunately, the government has taken control of this island, because there is no suitable heir...thus, it has requested everyone leave within a few hours."
"I see." BSD stated. "We can't keep our toys, can we?"
"No, you cannot. Anyone could use them for evil crimes, like not paying restaurant bills."
"Guess we'll hand them over now..." SK said, as he reached into his pockets/bags/whatever. "Wait...where did they go?
The 3 could not find their toys.
"Weird...could they have been lost in that explosion?" MK wondered.

"HEY! Don't ya know that it's bad manners to leave without at least giving a goodbye of some sort? People these days, I swear..." Dragoshi once again shakes his head, and follows them onto the ship. Might as well give his farewells there while on the way back, huh?
"Probably a few days from now."
"...'Aight. Thanks." Dragoshi then put his hands in his pockets, and calmly walked out...That is until he remembered something.

MK, SK, BSD, Tazy, Serena and every other dude got onto the boat. As the boat began to sail off, some of them waved to the island. People do that. I think I do that. They thought about some of the memories: Genesis Yoshi's Rampage, the war between Pokemon and Neglecteds, Dark Samus, the gang wars...these memories flooded their heads, as the island became a mere speck in their vision.
Their adventures and battles at the Toy Island had concluded.

Thank you for playing! It's been fun watching over this game, despite my many mistakes.
This has been a good experience for me, being the first game modded. You can probably tell that...but I had fun. There were times I didn't feel like updating, but times I did and enjoyed it.
I wish I could have made this a better game: balance the toys more, work a bit on the plot...But...I guess what is done is done.
I hope you had fun playing my game. See you later, or something.

"All that talk. All of my dreams. They're shattered... What am I supposed to do now? The government is taking it. What the hell are they going to use it for?"

"Well...Good bye, BlackSkullDragoshi, and MicrophoneKirby. It's been a lot of fun, I suppose. I do hope we see each other again. Prob'ly won't, though." He quipped, ruining what was an acceptable farewell.
