Okay, so...
I was playing Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and one of my friends had brought over the new Talib Kweli CD. So we were playing it, and there was an amazing song on it that featured him and Mos Def. The beat was one of the greatest beats I'd ever heard...
...
Then I woke up and realized it was all a dream, so that song doesn't actually exist. I can't remember the beat at all (which I would remake if I could), but I can remember some of the lyrics.

This is not the greatest beat in the world; this is just a tribute.
In all seriousness, I know exactly what that feels like, Bomby. If I had a dollar for every time I came up with a great tune but forgot it before I had access to some way of recording it, I could afford to produce my own album.
And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

I've got you topped. Being that I write music on occasion, dreams are bound to focus on them.
But my dead friend came to me in a dream and taught me a melody - he told me that I must write this song. I forgot the melody on waking, of course, but that it came from my friend whom is dearly missed was a blow I was not prepared to take. My own subconscious loves to torment me.

I muttered 'light as a board, stiff as a feather' for 2 days straight and now I've ascended, ;aughing at olympus and zeus is crying

You've a vicegrip on punctuation, 1-up.
As for this type of thing, yes, it happens a lot to me; I've had some pretty awesome dreams, most of which are strange enough to warrant psychoanalysis, but every time I wake up I either lose the dream or remember it because it was a great one and I can never have the awesome things I acquired over the course of its inner reality.

I never recall my dreams, I don't know if that's a positive or negitiv given how weird I am.
Though I have a very faint memory of an X-men and FF crossover i really hope that was a dream as those two things wouldn't work right together.

That's for sure. I hate when companies waste time combining things I hate with things I love or things that wouldn't work. Kingdom Hearts turned out good enough but I hate Disney itself...completely off topic, on you tube I looked up hidden messages and some gay little Disney boy band, if their song is played backwards, you hear them worshipping Satan.PSYCHOKID909 wrote:I never recall my dreams, I don't know if that's a positive or negitiv given how weird I am.

^ If I recall, there's a ton of words that sound like the word 'satan' when played backwards so you can practically pick up any CD and play it backwards and feel like you're listening to song that worships satan.
I tired blackmasking Queen's 'Another One Bites the Dust' by saying both phrases and then playing them backwards but got nothing similar to the desired result. What was interesting is that speed and pitch of what you say and when play large factors in how something will sound like backwards, but even then you're not going to get a phrase to line up in sync with a song both ways.
And IRHP, I have a question about this song you listened to backwards. Were the lyrics being displayed as you were listening to the song backwards? If so, next time play the song backwards and minimize the window. The power of suggestion is quite amazing when watching those videos.
