Favourite game for 2023

Of all the games you played this year, which has been your favourite?
And, which one was the most disappointing?

[I REALLY HATE POKEMON!]

Super Mario RPG. It is one of the few "new" games I've played, and although it's not as charming as the original it is still far and away the best game of the year, especially of what few I've played.

The most disappointing was probably Starfield, I had some hope for it pre-release, but now I don't even want to try it based on what I've seen. I'd have to think about something I've actually played though, I can't remember much.

Well, I didn't play much that was new, but 'Ravenlok' was really good. Sort of a Zelda-meets-'Alice in Wonderland' deal.

Lies of P was my favorite game of 2023.

As for disappointing, I don't really feel disappointed in games too often, because I do a lot of research before playing them. I guess I don't really save time doing research, because it takes up time too, maybe I should play bad games more for the hell of it. I mean Magus for PS3 is universally considered a bad game, but I had a great time with it, and joke and meme about it a lot with my partner (played it a couple years back).
