Yea considering this game is on Gameboy Advance! Which, ya know, is made by Nintendo. Unless all GBA games have bad graphics.
Oh and it was made by Square-Enix, hence the forum name.

Kill all but one enemy and disable him somehow. Then have your low level people hit your highest level character with the most harmless move they have repeatedly. The level difference will give you lots of exp. Heal as necessary.
