It really isn't much of a problem not having a Thief. My characters are around level 20 and I just barely changed Marche into a thief and he's my first one.

As for the laws, they change from day to day. So push "L" while on the world map to see what they're gonna be. If they aren't suitable then just wonder back and forth until you like them.

Just bought it. The law system is pretty cool, in my opinion. And I love games where you have no idea where to go. I can't say much more than that. I've cleared very few missions so far.

-A Genius (And the fact that I got to play very little of the first FFT makes it more enjoyable.)

Beat it yesterday, after 70 frikkin hours and 293 missions.

The last boss was a huge disappointment, I KO'd it after two turns. I might pick it up again someday though.
