If not... here's reason to join in the "millions" doing so...

;) Okay, if not Cats... how about this?!

Speaking at a mental health workshop in 2009, author, speaker and communication expert Mark Robert Waldman explained that active meditation focuses attention on simple tasks that require repetitive motion. Concentrating this way replaces negative thoughts and creates a state of peace, and many people who have a difficult time with concentrative meditation can find this easier. This gentle activity where you choose the colours to create your picture and the repetitive action of colouring it in focuses the brain on the present, blocking out any intrusive thoughts.

Meanwhile, a recent study from San Francisco State University has shown that people who partake in creative activities outside of work not only deal with stress better but their performance at work improves, too.

None of these are naked people.

It's not adult rated at all!

Ok, in all seriousness I guess I'd find some enjoyment coloring but it's not something I do as I have programs for that. Everyone else I know is either the same or would rather draw.

Yes!! My mom had one at the house she was watching so I started and loved it! I mean, I even like kid coloring books, so the adult ones are awesome. My parents are getting them for me for Christmas. Haha. Like I'm a little kid. And I couldn't be happier.

Adult is such a dirty word now. I blame the porn industry.

I blame the "Adult Stores" that advertise on billboards here.

Technically these could still be given to children so long as they don't contain swears or violence. I mean one of them even says "for everyone".

Then again, we do have "obviously for kids" coloring books. I guess I just don't care about the difference.

I started coloring a lot when I worked at a before and after school daycare. Coloring at the art table was my jam.

...someone bought me a Digimon colouring book and a box of crayons for Christmas-in-July at camp one year, and I coloured that sumbitch. Archery range gets boring end of the summer, man. I'd just sit there, no one around, 'You Ain't Seen Nothin Yet' would come up on mixtape, and I'd let the muse take me where it wanted.

I have too many coloring books as it is... I would like to have one of the cat books though.
