Every time someone walked through the average door I teared up. Bless that mother for dragging her daughter through the right door.

It would be a much more interesting and honest social experiment to include an "Ugly" door. I guess that would make people feel too uncomfortable.

Were I confronted with the option, I'd probably have chosen average based on beauty being such a subjective thing where average could apply to almost anything. I am an average human being in that there's nothing especially atypical to me when viewing other human beings on an objective level.

It was the too-obvious doubt in their eyes which got me. You could literally see their self-worth being measured, and falling. :(

Oh jeeeez, me too!!! It made me so sad that lady who turned away from the doors... and then I felt very pleased when the mum took her daughter through and the lady pushed the other through in her wheelchair in the 'beautiful' door... her smile was gorgeous!!! :D
She lives in the clouds and talks to the birds...

Happiest faerie of VGF.
