Anxiety is affecting my relationship with family.

Because of my anxiety/OCD, I tend to annoy my parents by obsessing over things. Last year, I annoyed them by worrying about my sleep.
Today, me and my mom got into an argument over my meds. She wants me to try a full Sertraline at night, instead of half in morning, half at night. I tried it, and it makes me wake up at 6:00, and today, when I went without Sertraline, I felt sleepy, and not really myself. After I stressed out over it, she said to forget it and go back to half in morning, half at night. She told me that when I take a half in the morning, I' m sleepy and irritable. I told her with no Sertraline in the morning, I feel sleepy, and that I didn't feel "happy".
What do I do?

Just do what works best for you, personally. I don't know how to give advice about dealing with family, though.

Speak to your medical professional about ANY changes to your medication. You and your mother should not be making those decisions. See your doctor.

I take a Sertraline prescription. Sertraline is more of a stimulant than it is something to take before bed. You really don't want to be taking it at night unless the doctor says so. Don't ever change the doses of a prescription medicine without seeing your Doctor first. You can cause serious side effects by changing your dosage, etc. This is not a question for a video game forum, see your Doctor and ask them to explain.
Don't let your mother bully you into changing something so serious on a whim.

So sorry that things have not improved with your mother. Go see your doctor before you change anything. Tell your doctor what you told us and ask him/her for their medical advice to help you.
Good luck, VGA!!

I'm having deja vu.
Are you the guy who had sleeping problems a while ago and everyone's answer was pretty much, "Please, go see a doctor"?

This is the kind of issue that will be best resolved by your doctor.
And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Go to the doctor. Don't make changes yourself without talking to the doctor first. Hope it works out.

Not that she would be intentionally, but you have anxiety and you are obviously obsessively concerned about things like your social interactions. You of all people will know if you feel sleepy and irritable. Be aware of yourself. Don't change medication that is intended to improve your health on the whims of other people who are concerned about whether or not you're easy to get along with for their own sake. The medication is for you and your problems. Talk to your doctor if you are concerned about it, but try to remember to have your own opinions and not just someone else's second hand account to fall back on.
Besides, I don't know anybody who isn't a little sleepy and irritable in the morning when they wake up. All your senses are raw and you've usually fasted the whole night. That's normal.

You should speak to your doctor.

...You should speak to your doctor.
Your doctor is going to be best equipped to not only evaluate your reaction/response to medication, but they can also help you strategize how to convey that to your mother.
