I don't like DST. It messes up my sleep schedule. And it ends this Sunday.

How does the start/end of DST affect your sleep, if at all?

A little less sleep one night, & a little more sleep another. My sleep schedule is crazy enough not to be really bothered by either.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

The extra hour of sleep in autumn is nice.

The lost hour of sleep in spring is ********.

I get to go to work an hour late on Saturday. I'm cool with it.

I have to wake up for a choir concert early on Sunday morning, so the extra hour is appreciated

It never affects my sleep schedule.
I swing both ways about DST. When it ends I'm like "YAY more time for sleep!" When it begins I'm like "YAY less time for work!"

I like it when it gives me a 25 hour day, and I don't like it when it gives me a 23 hour day. It averages out to mild dislike because changing clocks and remembering it even exists is kind of a pain.

It doesn't really impact my sleep, but I don't like driving in the dark, which is inevitable when the sun starts to set around 4:00.
