My mom is making me take online courses at my CC. She won't let me go on campus because I can't drive because I have a brain injury. She told me most of my college time will be spent online.
I want to go on campus to experience college and socialize with other people.
My life sucks.

Think of your curriculum as more freeing...instead of having to be IN class at any particular time, you just have to have things submitted at said time.
Socialize with others regardless of your classes! Speaking as someone who has had a free-er schedule than her friends, it's basically whenever YOU can
i I wsas going somewhere with this I'm sorry I hope this makes sense it was when I was originally going to post this

I have a suggestion: try contacting your online classmates via private message and see if you can agree on times to meet up and study together. That's kind of a form of socialization, no?

I can't take the bus, because the bus doesn't come to my area.

She said I can take a summer course on campus next summer.
Is that a step in the right direction?

Since you want to go on campus more, and now you potentially have a means to go on campus more next summer, I'd say it is a step! :)
and that's the waaaaaaaaaay the news goes

Yay!
I also wanted to add that I lived off-campus (but did go on campus for classes) and I thought it would suck very, very hard, but it ended up being pretty nice actually.
