While violence isn't really a good answer, it was still very nice of you to look out for your friend.

Maybe if highschools gave a **** that there are jackasses like that freely prancing around these problems would never occur in the first place. It sucks that the laid back, mature people have to deal with petty *******s like this for four years. Essentially, it's just the last of three elementary schools we all have to deal with.

Well, would it not ultimately be the school at fault for not doing anything to stop it from happening? I mean, since it was obvious that it was going to happen, you gave him (2?) fair warnings, and he still persisted, that's harassment right there, and though you still caused the "fistfight", he caused the actual one.

I hope it all turns out OK, Bartman. I really hate how normal people have to suffer at the hands of fudgesicleheads like himself.

I mean, you BOTH were attacking. And he ultimately started it, picking on your friend, and you gave him warnings...

What I HATE about America's legal system is that, argue if you will, it defends the guilty parties and screws over the innocents.
