Get enough sleep
Drink water
Eat correct portion sizes of healthy foods
Enjoy sugar and sugary foods, alcohol, and junk food in moderation
Take vitamins
Seek help early for emotional, mental and physical support
Have medicals every year (or as often as recommended by your preferred doctor)
Exercise... even walking 30 mins is healthy
Avoid people who are obviously sick, and wash your hands
BUT keep in touch with loved ones... family and friends via text/social media/in person
Schedule in some alone time
Make a study timetable... don't stress if it needs changing.
Do your best!! Try to remember... there have been millions of people before you who started where you're starting... you can do this!!
