Have you ever been fishing?
What are your fishing skills like?
Do you have you own gear/equipment?
Do you have a preferred location to fish?
She lives in the clouds and talks to the birds...

Sure.

I did some fishing with the scouts, and my uncles took me out a few times.

I'm alright at pole-fishing---------didn't do it much up at summer camp, but I went once or twice. Strictly catch-and-release (I didn't have a license). The lake had plenty of bluegills and sunnies, bass, and a few pike and muskies. I never tried for anything big (I wasn't sure my pole was quite strong enough for fighting a giant northern ashore)---------biggest fish I ever caught was a thirteen-inch small-mouth bass. He was a good boy.

Favourite fishing of all was going out with my uncles and cousins during the smelt run. We'd all get bundled up, head down to the lake, and we'd find a spot on the pier and just net-fish for smelt. It was a good time-----------cold and windy, but everyone got to try, and our spirits were buoyed by the thought of a good smelt fry-up at grandma's house the next night.

I don't know what ever happened to my fishing gear. I have a feeling I loaned it out to a younger cousin and forgot to ask for it back.

Yeah I live on an island, so I do get quite a bit of fishing in. I'd say I'm pretty good at it. Caught some big ones from time to time. I have a couple salt water poles, couple freshwater poles. Bunch of tacklebox with things i hardly ever use some nice waders and rigging equipment. Honestly nothing beats fishing off the continental shelf. See whales, dolphins and nothing but blue water. Love turning the lights on and seeing the sharks circling the boat when we're dropping bait down. Usually just duskies dogfish and the occasional big boy. My favorite spot is this jetty down on the south shore. It's a private beach so i sneak on at night and go for striped bass and blackfish. It's really calm waves just past the inlet. Super dark and it's just you and the ocean looking to pull in a monster. I've hooked into a bullshark off that Jetty with a steel leader looking for elephant bluefish and had to just cut it loose. 10/10 wouldn't recommend swimming there at night lol
i'm a shapeshifter.

I've been fishing a few times. A couple times at a city summer day camp when I was little, & a few times at Scout camp (including getting the merit badge). I'm good enough to bait & cast the line correctly & occasionally catch something. I had my own gear; I think it's still in my parents' basement.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

My dad took me fishing several times as a kid, but that was about it.
