To me, positive connections is about remembering to let the people you care about, know that they're special... and ummm... cared about.
In general, I personally feel there are too many times when we're told when we do things wrong, are not amusing, fail to entertain and generally, feel unaccepted. In my world, I take time out every single day to tell people they're cool, nice, sweet, funny... or something. I just make the effort to point out something positive to them. Mostly it'll be private, in pm's or e-mails, but everyone knows I've done it in topics as well.
So my questions for you to think about answering are:

Outside of my family, a friend said something really sweet to me yesterday that left me grinning.
Yesh, I already said nice shtuff to 7 different people.
In a close relationship, one should reaffirm the positives regularly, IMO. Especially make sure that those you care most about, know that they're special!
