Re: What exercise have you done this week?
I row, walk, and lift weights almost every day. I only do a bit of weight lifting now, so I'd like to expand on that and add some more variety in the coming months. Most people during lockdown got more out of shape. It's been terrible for public health. I went the opposite way and started exercising more. It took a while because the equipment was sold out for months, but now that I have some home equipment, it makes it a lot more convenient to get a workout, although walking or running can be done anytime without that.
To me, you are the teacher in the Charlie Brown cartoon.

I lift weights about 3 times a week. I also go swimming regularly during the summer. Everything else is sporadic.

Lots of walking around the city, & some heavy lifting while doing housework. Both are fairly regular.

I walk to work, and toddle around the building I work in, doing cleaning tasks that frequently involve medium to heavy lifting. Weekends, I do not do these things.

Very nice!!!
I walk often (usually every second day). On the weekend, I went on an arduous 20km hike. I wasn't prepared for how hard the rocky hills would be, and the following morning, I was pleasantly surprised how little muscle soreness there was. I also do ChiGong, and other sport at least once a week.

Kung fu class four times a week, training at home on the off-days. Sometimes I go for long walks for the pleasure of it. This week in particular, I have trained with my spear, double broadswords, and big flag.
