Tattle tales.

Who here has had someone at their workplace relay everything anyone and everyone in the workplace has said and done to the higher ups? I'm not talking about supervisors. I'm talking about that co-worker that is on the same level as you who feels the need to tell your boss everything that you've done (both good and bad). The tattle tale feels empowered and safe when they rat you out. The tattle tale then goes on in the work place to feel as though they are a supervisor themselves or that they have a higher authority than you. The tattle tale will then to go on and criticize your mistake harshly and scold you when they have no business to be doing so. I hate tattle tales. I have one at my work place and I wish she would burn in hell. My vent is done. I needed to type that and no I suddenly feel so much better.

Glad you feel better.

Never had that my own self. Actually on rather the opposite side of that; I have a horrible scumbag co-worker that really, really needs to get fired or die, but nobody's willing to bite the bullet and get rid of him. Ugh.

Do we have to refer to them as tattle tales?

In my experience,
1) those people are insecure and probably think they're getting fired anyway; and
2) people generally figure out who the snitches are and stop taking them seriously

Good luck tho
