Animals feeling the love of a good home. Both warming and heartbreaking to know how many rescue animals need to find their family and be transformed into a relaxed, happy pet.
Nonsense, I have not yet begun to defile myself.

Bawwwww. This is so sweet, but also strangely upsetting. I wish animals never had to be in such a situation in the first place.

My sister had this tripped out cat who was a total coward and weirdo (still really weird). I assume it was that way because of its previous owners but maybe it just didn't like change.

Anyway, he's a cool cat now. Little s**t tends to growl now though so I whap him on the head.

I guess that's kinda related.

All of our cats were either rescues or rehomed to us. My favorite story to tell is the day we got our manx kitty. We had to keep him separate from the other cats since he hadn't been checked out yet, feline leukemia/AIDS and what have you, so he stayed in our downstairs bathroom until we got him to the vet. When my mom and I went in to visit him, he went up to each of us, stood on his hind legs, and wrapped his front legs around each of us...HE WAS HUGGING US GUYS HE'S SO CUTE :'3

I was going to say that Val reminded me of Val, then I realized I was looking at the wrong pet...

Awwww the screen got awful blurry... >.>

I think the new families (the two-legged variety) are awesome for giving so much love and making those animals 'smile'... :D
She lives in the clouds and talks to the birds...

Happiest faerie of VGF.
