I love imagining stories for passersby. Honestly, it's one of the things that kept me working restaurant for so long.

I often think about the scope of other lives. It can help you to put things into perspective and keep yourself modest.

More than that, I think about the people living before me and the ones who will live after me a lot. It's easy to want to be important to others. If they make a list of qualities of their life, I'd like to be a part of that list.
