I don't feel I should add that I'm about to say in a jobs thread, so....
I think this good be a good idea.
Like making a spell that could Stat increase for each Job for a few turns
Or a thief ability for the Pickpockets (a bit of Money, but no items.)
Iron Defence for Pages. (HP/Def)
Invisibility for PickPocks. (Eva/Vit increase. ???)
Pure Mind for Mages (Whatever increase the power of spells)
Unique Spells.

It's a wonderful idea. I like it a lot (though it would be hell to balance).
Unfortunately, it's not one we can actually do at the moment, I'm afraid. Maybe when Shane gets his tentacles twisted a little deeper into the code. In the meantime, though, they're pretty much out of the realm of possibility.
