New lottery is up. I will draw it every couple days.

I've revamped this. Here's the current plan.

Daily lottery. Low payoff but cheap enough that everybody should be able to participate in each one if they want. Drawings will be every other day.

Weekly lottery. Middle of the road. Everybody over a few levels should be able to afford this. Drawings will be some time between Friday evening and Saturday morning/early afternoon. New lotteries will begin on Sunday.

Monthly lottery. If you've got money to waste and want to gamble, this is for you. The ticket price is pretty substantial, but the potential reward is huge. Drawings will be the first of the month, with new lotteries beginning a week later.

I think those three lotteries should be enough. I may end up adding special ones from time to time. The only thing we need to look into is rewards versus odds, so the numbers may end up changing over time. But the same basic premise will remain regardless. Keep in mind that drawings are manual, so the above schedule may note be exact. Also, you need to check your numbers in order to win (if you don't check, I'd assume you just get pushed to the next one).
