S1x - I'm having trouble taking down Wyborn's Soup even at a level 40

Is it possible to have 20 pts taken out of my EVA stats? So I can re-apply them to my STR & MAG DEF?

Bank interest has greatly dropped from 3% per day to 3% per week. It was way too easy to stash a decent amount and get money crazy fast for not doing anything.

The only problem left is the people who are already multi-millionaires... but eh.
