There's an interesting article that uses not some new advanced theory of physics, but pure probability to discuss the possibility of multiple "universes", some of which probably contain a person precisely identical to you, on a planet precisely identical to Earth, in a solar system precisely identical to that of the sun, etc.

Haven't seen any articles about this recently, but they are always worth the read.
