Now with the implenting of microchips in pitbulls, we can soon make them stronger, faster, meaner, and more violent than ever. We can mix dog and machine together to create new ways to force our selves on to others

Neh, if you could find a way to make the limbs and mind work via nerve impulses effecting the machine, then that would be possible.

If you're talking about those RFID chips, they don't do much.
