Your level of health

On 1-10. 10 being the highest. Consider things like what you choke down for food all day, how lazy you are, and how much sunlight you've gotten lately.

Whoops, accidentally chose ten! Actually, it's seven.

Well, my local grocery store's health system says I have superior health!

It's the stuff that comes off the big yellow ceiling lamp in the big blue room.

Bottled faeries are great for ones health... I just used a faerie and have full health.

I poked my head outside and there's no actual sunlight passing, as such, through the cloud-cover! And we won't even BEGIN to discuss my laziness... *cough* ;) :D

Usually: 8.5 - 9.0. I work out, have a toned body, eat very healthy, almost never have soda, drink about a gallon of water/day, get lots of protien, usually get sufficient sleep, etc. I do roll occasionally though, which probably isn't good for me in the long run. I also drink once in a while at parties and social gatherings, but not very much.

Today, though: 3 because I have the flu and feel ****ty  . I hate it, hoping to get rid of it my downing lots of nyquil & Vitamain C and sleeping a lot.

-100. Because I have never worked out, eaten pretty much any thing healthy, sit around the house ALL day, never worked out, and I eat "junk" food as they call it ALL day long.
Save a bun, eat a taco.
