Nothing terrible has ever happened to me but I got pneumonia once. My worst injury was probably when I thought that the sliding door was closed but it was really open and I ran into it and fell on sharp stuff outside. My legs were all cut up after that.
Also, this isn't that much of an injury, but one time I swallowed a quarter and I had to get like a tube stuck down my throaght at the hospital to get it out

Well, when I was one year old, I was standing on a chair with a fork in my hand. And then I fell. I landed with the fork going straight through my left cheek and protruding at the inside of my mouth. I was lucky as hell, because had the fork landed like a mere centimeter up, down, or to the side, my face would've been permanently deformed and I might even be using a metal jaw now. Also, the fork could easily have gone into my eye, which wouldn't have been pretty. Even now on my left cheek you can see four small scars in a vertical line.
