This site has a bunch of different ones listed.

Subway and Wendy's are the two healthiest fast food options. However, they can be unhealthy, too. When I eat at Subway, I get double chicken without sauces/mayo/oil/cheese. This is a good quality, lean, high protein meal, with about 400 calories for the 6 inch. The wrap is even better, as much of its carb content comes from fiber, which is useful to have in the diet. OTOH, I see people getting footlongs with various processed meats, cheese, bacon, extra mayo, sauces, oil and vinegar, etc. Plus chips and a drink. This can add up to 2000 calories in one sitting. Great for a treat, but it certainly shouldn't be the way people are eating on a regular basis.

I didn't know a large fry had that much vitamin C...

Subway this......Subway that......While Subway may be a good alternative......it is awefully expensive. I mean hell, Jared must of been a doctor or something to be on the Subway diet....lol (j/k ...im sure they worked a deal)...I just think they should knock about $1 off of all there sub prices to even think about going there on a regular basis. I go there about once a year............just food for thought...later

^Well, keep in mind that he didn't buy any other food besides Subway. No groceries, nothing.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

If he only ate two 6 grams of fat or less 6" subs a day and nothing else, he was starving himself (6-900 calories). Certainly not adviseable.

The fine print on those Subway commercials say that Subway just eating subway is ill-adivised an is only a portion of why Jared lost that weight.

I heard he was walking there and back (4 miles each way) twice a day. Not strenuous exercise but a lot of it nonetheless.
