Hello I just noticed this forum and I was wondering if anyone has suggestions for how to make an overweight hamster eat less and exercise more.

Yes, at the moment I am very hungrey. Let me chase it, only problem is that if I catch it, I'll eat it :D

If you don't like the sound of that get one of those hamster ball and push it around, and don't feed it as much.

Thank you for your suggestion but considering the serious nature of this topic, I do not appreciate you joking about eating my hamster.

Hamster wheels. If that doesn't work, give it diet pellets or something.

Thank you. I have bought Hammy an exercise wheel and he does not seem very interested but maybe he will learn to use it in a little while.

An ELECTRONIC excercise wheel.

That way, he won't stop whenever he feels like it. Plus, a door might keep 'him' in there.
