I heart French Presses. I was looking for a good upper back routine (anyone know of any exercises btw?) and I ran across french presses. I started doing them, started out with 35 pounds or so and I can still feel my triceps burning. Good stuff.
I wake up at around 7, then I eat a bowl of cereal, take a shower, get dressed and ready for school, leave for school, return at 3:30 then it's a mystery from there.
