Ash is a drooling lackwit.

Pretty much ALL of the DBZ characters are overpowered. By the end of the show's last season, most of the weaker characters (i.e. Krillin) could use their pinky to destroy the earth. It's absurd.

G Gundam: Domon. He would either be outrageously strong, or pitifully weak. What an emotional guy.

Zoids CC/GF: Van and Raven.

That, and Hiko tosses him around like a toy.
Hiko is overpowered. It's pretty sad: he could have taken out any of the bad guys in the Kyoto Arc but he chose to leave it to Kenshin, who almost died.

The thing about the first Season of RK is and Kenshin being overpowered is that most of the fighters he combats aren't true fighters. Not to mention Aoshi was near to or at Kenshin's level.

Hiko is a monster. In my oppinion he would be the only overpowered character in Rurouni Kenshin. Kenshin, Saitou, Aoshi, Soujirou, and perhaps a couple others later in the series are all around the same area of power. I would say Kenshin is a better swordsman than them all, but they are still on about the same level. It is made very clear in the Kyoto Arc when Kenshin is learning the ama kakeru ryu no hirameki that Hiko is stronger than Kenshin.

Actually, come to think of it, Hiko would have been a good candidate for the "Biggest Anime Jerks" topic. He's arrogant and he cares not for the needs of others. He might be slightly insane, actually.

Yu Yu Hakusho: The Toguro Brothers.
