^ You do realize you're bringing reality into pure fiction, don't you? If the lasers of Samurai Jack truly do travel at the speed of light, we couldn't see them, now could we? The physics of Jack's world and Kenshin's are as different as Viewtiful Joe and Final Fantasy 6.
If Jack started off the fight with a technique that would break Kenshin's sword, and he managed to connect, then Jack would win. On the other hand, Kenshin is a superior swordsman, and he's faster. If Jack wasted even the slightest amount of time Kenshin would rip him apart.
In a sword fight, Jack's only advantage is the fact that he has a better sword. In terms of actual skill, Kenshin is better. If they were fighting with anything that's not a sword, there's no doubt in my mind that Jack would win. Jack is an all-around warrior, while Kenshin fights with a sword.
