Not as many as I'd thought. In order of most liked to least liked:
The Silence of the Lambs
Little Man Tate
Freaky Friday
Anna and the King
Nell
And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Taxi Driver
Silence of the Lambs
Contact
Elysium
These range in quality. Taxi Driver is boring and slow, overrated imo. Contact is interesting but not necessarily good (if that makes sense). Elysium was okay but I'm not sure exactly what message they were trying to communicate.
Silence of the Lambs is a classic though. Hopkins steals the show but Foster is good too. Whoever the actress trapped in Buffalo Bill's house was is underrated, she seemed genuinely desperate, hysterical, and frightened.

'Silence of the Lambs' and 'Taxi Driver' are really good. 'Contact' is kind of meh. I think that's all I've seen.
The oldest thing I ever saw her in was an episode of 'Kung Fu', when she was like eight.
