Characters playable at first are:
Luigi, Tails, Kirby, DK, Peach, Ash, Samus, Toad
Bowser, Ridely, Diddy
TEn characters race at a timein the various cups

Courses include:

Bowser's Castle

Brooklyn Cruise

Sounds okay, but:
A) Tails isn't a Nintendo character.
B) This sounds like Mario Kart with outside characters (this is the main reason it sounds okay).
C) Adding outside characters to Mario Kart just feels wrong.
D) F-Zero already is a racing game.
E) Kirby already has his own racing game.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Yea, it was a whole Video Game Circuit, but I couldn't come up with too many characters without it being Nintendo Dominant
