The image restriction is in place to prevent obscene attacks against the forum. Legitimate members stay around and post, earning the privilege to include images in their posts. If you wish to host a game which is depended on images, please feel free to participate in other topics around the forums, and you will soon have enough posts.
Come make an introductory thread in the Newbie forum, then take a look around the Misc and Polls forums. They will have plenty of threads you can participate in quickly.
