The world of Feng Shui houses five continents: Shui the water continent, Huo the fire continent, Tu the earth continent, Jin the metal continent, and Mu the wood continent. As to be expected when empires rise seperated by land and sea, hostilities will begin, allianced will be made, and wars will be waged. The superpowers of the Huo and Jin are at war, feuding for power and glory. Allies to the Huo are the Mu, and allies to the Jin are the Shui, lesser powers forced to take sides for protection or otherwise be swallowed up in the conflict. Apart from hostility and alliance, the greatest stronghold of the Tu stands alone, unwilling to join or aid either side, acting as a neutral in the war . . . for how long they can remain as such, however, is as of yet unknown . . .

Vincent woke up in his room after a long restless night, plauged by nightmares he could never remember in the morning. His sharp, metal scales clink softly as he moves, as they always had when he moved, as he looked up into the stream of sunlight glaring through his bedroom window.

'Father has been gone for a long time,' Vincent thought to himself. As it had been, Helios, Vincent's father, had been in the war between the Huo for the past 3 years, and had not returned.

Vincent shook the sleep from his eyes and got up from bed, he had a feeling today something big would happen, he felt it in his gut, as he looked around the room.

Vincent looks at his dresser, moving a claw over the edge. His eyes cast onto a letter his father sent him from the battlegrounds about a year ago, it was the last time he had from his father since:

'Dear Vincent,

I'll keep this letter brief, as everyone I would day to both of you is in the letter I sent to your mother. I know you have turned 18 now, but I need to ask a favor of you: I want you to stay out of the war between us and Huo. I am sure you would have taken in your father's footsteps to join the great battle against the fire dragons, but it would keep my heart warm and head clear if I knew you were at home watching after your mother.

I know it is a lot to ask, but I can not look out for her myself. Please do this one thing for me, a man's favor as you are now a man.

~Your Father, Helios.

P.S.-Supplies have been far better then we have expected. Enclosed are a couple small tokens, use them if the need ever arises.'

Vincent takes a look out his bedroom window. The sun is getting high in the sky, he must have slept in late . . .

Vincent leaves his bedroom to head downstairs. There his mother is already sitting at the table with a large mug of white herbal tea. She looked up, a pleasent smile crossing over his dragon maw.

"You sure took long enough getting up and about, didn't you?" she asks kindly, never one to hold anything against you. "Your friend, Charon, came by not too long ago, you might have even seen her out your window. She said to meet her at the Jin Loung Temple . . . she's a nice girl, even if she is a Shui Loung . . ."

Her smile fades just a bit as she takes another sip of the soothing tea. Vincent takes a quick look at the room, his mother sitting at the table, the exit nearby, and to the far left is a small, wooden chest.

-Examine the chest.
-Examine the stove.
-Talk to your Mother.
-Exit and go upstairs.
-Exit and go outside.

Vincent adresses his mother softly, and she looked up, having been lost in thought.

"You should get going, Charon is looking for you at the Jin Loung Temple. If you want, you can bring her some of the extra White Herb Tea I made, you know how much she enjoys it . . . there's still a serving left on the stove."

Explanation of Herb Teas: Herb Teas are created from special herbs that can be collected from various areas. While the herbs themselves are usually slightly toxic and unable to be ingested, when ground into powder can be made into special teas with enhancing/healing effects.

Vincent Obtained Light Cloth Armor!

Vincent Obtained Worn Wooden Sword!

(Light Cloth Armor: (Non-Element) The most basic armor you can get, can be worn by anyone. Doesn't provide a lot of protection but it is light and easy to wear . . . at least its better then nothing.)

(Worn Wooden Sword: (Non-Element) A sword made from badly aged wood, no longer able to hold the power of nature. A wooden sword for practice only, would be dangerous to use in actual battle . . . you might have been better off using your fists.)

Vincent equipped the Light Cloth Armor and Worn Wooden Sword!

Vincent heads to the exit, opening the door and exiting into the small town of Jin Tsu, his hometown. Its a quaint dwelling with a very traditional feel to it.

There are several people walking about, going about their business, as well as a couple of other houses and stores. Up the road to the North Vincent can already see the Jin Loung Temple, the oldest building in Jin Tsu, said to have been here since the times of the ancients . . .

Vincent greets the Wandering Man, who turns around, showing off the bag of herbs in his bag.

"The Flower Shop is great! Not only did I learn about the different types of Herbs but they also give free samples to new faces! Hehe!"

Vincent heads North into the central part of town. As before there are more businesses and people going about their day, the Temple off to the North seems so much bigger even this little bit closer.

Vincent greets the Shop-Obsessed Woman.

"I can't believe how cheap everything is here! I came from Jin Din, the central city in the Jin continent, and prices there were nothing like these. I could spend money all day at this rate!"

Vincent heads north to the upper section of Jin Tsu. Life is as busy as always, it seems, people talking in the streets and stores with their doors wide open. The temple is quite impressive at the view, looming over the rest of the small town.

Vincent greets the Left Temple Guard, who looks at him with uninterest. "This is the Jin Loung Temple, worship is allowed but don't cause any trouble."

Vincent enters the Jin Loung Temple. The insides puts the outside to shame, decorated in brilliant steel statues of powerful Metal Dragons, the walls trimmed in Steel, Gold and Silver.

"Master Vincent . . . it is good to see you again," a warm, older voice greets Vincent. An elderly preist of the temple smiles kindly to the younger Metal Dragon. "I would ask if you are hear to pray today . . . but I already saw Charon come in, she's waiting for you? Isn't she?"

-Yes, do you know where she is?
-No, I am here to offer my prayers.
