Current Eq: I gave Heret several knives, carried in different places (two under cloak, one on belt, two in her sack. Jalas has two outfits, a robe and leather armor. That's a lot of crap to wear, and will make him slow and unwieldy, and he can't actually carry all of those outfits, so for the meantime, I'll give them to Darnel to carry since he's the least encumbered. If you wish to exchange equipment, or clarify what he's doing with it all, you can, but thats my fix for now.
Story: Before I begin your story, here's how this works. You'll start off in town, where you can buy stuff, although you have no money left. Most people are poor, with the exception of merchants which will usually have a manor somewhere. The prices listed at startup are MUCH lower than the actual prices. As I said, everyone's corrupt. If you wish to hire someone, you'll have to find someone willing to do so. If any of your party dies, you may continue without them and hire someone else later, or start the mission over with them alive. You may have a max of 5 people, for my sake, and the fact having a lot of people sneak into anywhere gets much harder than a small group.
Orders: I control your two side characters. If you want them to do something, give them an order, otherwise, their likely to act on their own (although not usually in a stupid manor) Since all of them know sign language to a small degree, you can have them give basic commands with it. The more complex the message, the more likely they won't understand it. If you're giving them a command in sign language TELL ME or i'll assume its spoken.
Hints: If you're stuck on a puzzle or some such, I may have one of your two side characters do something for a hint. In combat, you may control all of them freely. If they are seperated, you will not know what they are doing. I'll post combat from each point of view.
Combat: Combat is similar to Arena Champion, you can give them a few attacks or defenses, let them move, they can interact with any surroundings, although its not judged and there's no hp. If the post ends in combat with an attack coming at you, it means you have enough time to react to it as you please.
Magic: Jalas's spells will fatigue him the more he uses them. As he takes more fatigue, he'll be able to cast them less effectively. With no fatigue, the duration probably will be somewhere around what you asked for. After a couple castings, they may be as low as a minute, or a few seconds. You can cast magic conservatively if you will (sacrificing power to conserve energy) or you can sacrifice more energy for more power).
Storage: Pay attention to how much you can carry, and what you're carrying. I doubled the backpack and sack's carrying capacity so that small was worth 1, med worth 2 and large worth 4, and each item has that many dashes to represent the amount of items
Exp: Finally, at the end of each raid, you'll get experience for each character based on how well they did. You can improve skills with Experience.
If you have any more questions, ask.

It was a calm summer day as Heret walked through the streets towards her father's inn. She was on her way to meet her new companions, Jalas and Darnel. They were going to their first raid.
She walked into her father's Inn with an excited poise. Gus, one of her father's bartenders greeted her as she walked in. She nodded to him, and went straight over to where her new companions were sitting.
Jalas spoke first "Welcome Heret." He said. Then he changed his tone to a more quiet whisper. We were just discussing who we should strike first.
Darnel responded "There's a moderately wealthy merchant pretty close to the town. It's not too well guarded, but it's probably got the least loot of all of the places close by. "
Jalas: "There's also the mayor's mansion, but that has lots of guards. There's a couple of small castles outside of town, within a mile, but those will have a lot of guards. Finally, there's the jeweler's mansion. Guarenteed to have lots of jewlrey and gold, and there's been no reports of armed guards."
Darnel: But remember, he's rumored to have a history in magic. He may have a few traps or something lying around. Then again, rumors can be seriously exaggerated."
Jalas: "I'd go for the Merchant for our first raid, even though its got the least loot. We also should look into getting a house for some time. We don't want to get your father into trouble by storing our extra stolen loot in this inn. Well anyway, where do you think we should hit first."
