You go to the Recruitment office. Inside it is pretty plain, a bunch of posters about the army are in there, but not much other than that. One of the workers there looks at you as you enter.

Worker: What can I help you with?

Rensai: Do you have any jobs open?

Worker: Well... we are in need of some troops to help our allies. But thats for a whole war, its kind of major, if you're looking for anything small this isn't really the right place.

Rensai (to the party): Well, a government pays the same as everyone else... maybe even better. One job's like another to me, as long as I'm fighting. What do you say?

If they all agree, I'll sign up the party, but make sure we stay together. Otherwise, or if we can't all stay together for sure, I'll do something else.

Rensai: Alright. We're in, but only if we can fight as a lone squadron. I'm not a rank-and-file soldier. Can that be arranged?

Worker: Umm... maybe. I'd need to ask my superiors. Although, Chances are you would probably work along side another unit, or be placed into one under one of our commanders. Is that okay with you?

Worker: Umm... Okay. Will do... Come back tommorrow, we'll probably have made a decision and a mission for you and your group.

Rensai: Alright.

I'll give everyone free rein for the rest of the day, but tell them to be back at the inn by two hours after sunset. Assuming everything goes alright and everyone comes in safely, we'll go to sleep, get up the following morning, and go back to the Recruitment Office to see what they have for us.

You all head back to the inn. Later in the day Real returns.

Real: Hey everyone, I'm back. Whats up?

Cherry: Rensai found us some more work.

Real: Didn't we just finish a job though? Eh, oh well. Whats it in?

Coyote: Fighting in a war.

Real: Oh, oka- wait, a war? Eh, but as long as I don't have to follow someone elses orders I'm okay with it I guess. Oh... right... and here.

He tosses a small pouch at you. You look inside of it; theres about 30gp in it.

Real: Eh, its not exactly what I borrowed, but I hope its okay for now. I went out and bought something by the way.

Rensai: Uh... nah, we're supposed to check into the Recruitment Office. Let's head over now.

*Ignores that you technicly spent another night in inn and therefore should lose more money.*

You head over to the Recruitment Office. The worker there recognizes you and hands you a paper.

Worker: Well, I managed to get you to stay as a group. Your orders are all on that piece of paper, so try not to lose it. Oh, right... and take this too. Can't much help if you don't know where you're all heading.

He hands you a map and you all leave. Real snatches the paper with the orders on it.

Real: Okay then... We're supposed to go to Arinel. Apparently they have a spy who got reports that it would be invaded soon. Says to get there quickly... Wow, who wrote this? Aside from the name of the town there isn't any real information on it.

You look at the map untill you find Arinel.

Rensai: Arinel seems to be pretty far from here to the north. Its located along the edge of the country by a river.

You have no real clue how far away it is... since the map isn't detailed at all. You could see if anyone around town knows. Or if you would rather you could just leave. As another note, you notice some stables on the edge of town; although there might be more ways to travel than just that.
