Nah, no location. I tried that in another topic not too long ago (Desert Thief) and it... literally killed the topic. I could not update. You can check if you want, it's on page 5-7 or something like that of the forum.

Yeah, it does.

I miswrote last battle and gave the bandit less HP than he should have had. I also forgot about your Dagger... since it's Agility and adds 100, you should be doing waaaay more than you are. Another thing, if you're wondering why I'm giving "about x HP" instead of the number, it's because I figured you wouldn't really know that. You'd only be getting a rough condition if Combat wasn't one of your Focuses; as it is, you usually get it to within about 100 HP, although it'll probably fluctuate with really high HP opponents. (Not that you'll be fighting too many, since you'll mostly be sneaking around handing out free coup de gras, but you might.)

Probably not, unless you do something amazingly cool (I'm giving out subjective awards in this topic because it's more fun that way), but you probably won't be able to with regular battle moves.

Farbank's a small ice town facing with a tiny dock on the coast to the northwest. It appears fairly prosperous, but you guess that due to its remote location it never really burgeoned into a proper city. There are a couple inns, two or three waterside hovels, some merchants' quarters, a small garrison, and a small but busy marketplace. It's a bit past noon just now, you guess, though you couldn't say how much. You spot a larger building standing maybe half a mile from the rest of the town.
