A little ways down, toward the end, you spot a larger strange tile, 2'x3' or so. Probably another trap. What do you want to do?

I'll check for traps around it.

After probing around a bit, you find several tiny holes in the northern wall. (The corridor runs east-west.) They could have to do with the nearby tile.

Do what?

Walk around it and check for traps I guess.

You reach the door at the end of the hall without finding any other traps. It's not locked. Enter?

Check for traps in it, try to disarm any traps in it, then sure, go in.

You don't see any traps, but you notice that the door's hinges are a little bit strange. You can't place your finger on why, but you think you should be cautious about this door.

Instead of the standard vertical rod you'd expect, they're more like rollers. You're not sure, but for some reason, it seems like the door would swing downwards instead of sideways like a normal door.

Well, you've established what it is, so instead of being surprised when it slams down onto you you're more just pissed. Slightly injured, although not nearly as much as you would have been had you not known what it was-- a fake door-- you get up.

Now what? You don't see any other doors.
