The mushroom nods. There is a blinding flash throughout the room, accompanied by a clap of thunder, and when you open your eyes he is gone. You enter the next room.
The chamber is as small as most of them have been so far. The door contains six round holes; randomly strewn on the ground are six pegs, sized to fit into the holes. The pegs are red, yellow, blue, green, purple, and orange.

(Sorry for not updating before. I submitted a post, but my worthless piece of **** computer didn't feel like connecting to the internet, it would seem.)
As soon as you put the last peg in, the colors begin to swirl around in a circle. They start slowly but gain speed, and soon they are a many-hued blur that dazzles your eyes. Eventually, there is a white flash, after which the colors have disappeared, replaced by a regular doorknob. You open the door and step through.
You are in another larger room, like the one you fought the wolf in. The ground rumbles slightly, and directly in front of you, the earth shakes and splits apart, creating a circular pit. From this, a prostrate humanoid that appears to be dead and rotting ascends. The ground closes, and a red light shines around where the cadaver's heart should be. The body is lifted up by the torso and jerks to life. It sees you and lurches towards you. It will reach you in one turn.
