Missions(Objective-Description-Difficulty-Reward)
1)Protect Herim- Go to Herim, a mining town on the mountain not far from here, and stay there for a few days to protect the citizens and workers there from monsters. There will be a small force there to aid you as well.- 2/5 - 300gp + 100gp per monster stopped.
2)Research:Aerelos- Search around the Mountains for an aerelos, a bird class monster. 1/5- 100gp +300 if it is alive, and extra if it is a specialized type of Aerelos.
3)Patrol- Go out with a small team to hunt monsters.- 1/5- 100gp per monster stopped.
Your just a new member, so they're not giving you really hard missions yet.
