Do you have birds that swoop you during nesting season?
How do you take precautions?
Here it's mapgie nesting season. If you don't make friends with the magpies, they'll swoop you to protect their nests which are usually more than 10m up a tree.
Magpies are clever and can remember up to 20 people. They remember if you're friend or foe.
I suppose precautions include wearing a hat, carrying an umbrella or running for your life.

Re: Swooping Birds
Well, there aren't any birds here that swoop on you to protect their nests, but Milwaukee is a lake town------------seagulls are common, and they can be pretty brazen where food is concerned.
