Seems weird, I see it pop up at the dollar stores a lot. I don't think I wanna try it.

I like it alright. It's third place behind coleslaw and sweet bavarian saurkraut for me, but it's ahead of just plain old saurkraut and boiled cabbage.

I don't care for cabbage or for super sour/bitter food.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

I'm kind of curious about kimchi... although, I do remember hearing that my dad tried it one time, when he was working overseas years and years ago.

He said that his breath smelled awful for days :V

^Well, it is basically saurkraut times loads and loads of garlic, onions, chilies and ginger. I can see that bringing on the ol' death-breath. Sometimes that's the price of fun. Heck, sometimes it's part of the fun. Imagine----------you eat a lot of kimchi at dinner, and then you run into someone you don't like, and they say something you don't like, so you breathe on them and they melt like Creepy Guy at the end of 'Raiders'. And then you laugh. On into the night.
