What sort of watch do you wear?

What watches have you had in the past?

I currently wear a smart watch. And it's pretty smart! :p But I still have the fondest memories of my automatic watch that I was given as a kid. I liked that I could shake my wrist to wind it up.

I have a cheap smart watch only to track distance. I never actually connect it to the app until daylight saving makes me change the time.
To me, you are the teacher in the Charlie Brown cartoon.

I wear cheap sports watches.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Let's see. In third grade I had a calculator watch. Then I had a pretty rad Star Trek watch (the second hand had a little Starship Enterprise, endlessly circling). Then I had a nice Indiglo watch. After that broke I gave up on wristwatches because I just always had my phone.

I'm usually not wearing one, but when I do I wear a solar powered Citizen watch my wife got me a number of years ago. It's very much like this one, if not the same model: https://www.citizenwatch.com/us/en/prod ... 0-59H.html

As a kid I had a bunch. I can't remember what my favorite was one was called, I can't find any information on it except my shaky memory, but it was a toy watch from a line of them. They were kind of like emojis, one for each different type of emotion or something. I picked the angry one, and it would scream and go ape **** so naturally I thought it was funny.

As an adult I'd sometimes have sports watches, but I don't wear them anymore.

I always had a watch with a glow in the dark button, so I could check my watch in bed. Loved them. I was a faithful user and would wear the same watch for years (but replacing the band as needed, of course). Eventually I graduated to a watch with the stretchy metal band in my 20s so the band never needed replacing, just needed a cleaning every now and then.

These days, I am a faithful Apple Watch user of the past 8 years. I’ve really benefitted from having one.
