I only back up my phone when I get a new phone, which has only happened twice.
I back up my computer not often enough but sometimes.
I do automatic updates.
And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

I don't backup my phone. I backup my computer (specific files that have been updated, not a full system backup) once per month. It makes getting a new computer a lot easier.

I rarely back up my phone. It has auto-updates.
I back up my laptop on the first of each month!!
