I would eat that if someone made me one---------absolutely. Corn dog times fried pickle? Heck yeah, man.
...that said, it sounds like a heck of a lot of work and preparation for what is basically just 'hot dog with relish'. I'd rather just make myself a hot dog with relish. Maybe a couple of them. Maybe mix it up, do an andouille, a chorizo and a linguica. Even just some cheese smokies.
