...maybe it's indicative of the kind of person I am that I don't consider any of those three 'social events'.

I'll dine alone without a second thought. I'm see a film alone if arranging to see it with someone else is too much trouble. I don't really want to go on vacation alone, though. Kinda prefer to share the experience when I travel.
