What do you think are the top five things which are necessary in a smart house?

What? you want help with your architectural assignment?

No computers or electrics or wiring that is needed. Like "Demon Seed" or "Space 2000".

Construction that is similar to legos but strong enough to support something like a truck filled with rocks. They have these house-pieces come pre-built, and you snap them together.

No biodegradable bs. By that no plastic or anything like wood ( the main support of the structure ). Anything that can be eaten or consumed by another animal.

Structure must be able to withstand tornados, hurricanes. That being said every single portion of the house should have those steel shutters- you usually would see in auto garages. Just a huge sheet of metal that should be lockable from the inside at least. Like Rick and Morty Blast Shields.

Structure must not be floodable. If their is a flood area then that area is not usable as a living structure.

Mold is not an option. You smell that smell ( like wet books ) that is a type of mold, You find mold ( even dead mold ) in a book it can come back to life if given enough time to be inside the idealistic environment and thus spread. You see something mold it is better to get rid of it in most circumstances.

The house should be wheelchair accessible. I am not talking about building a crappy ramp, I mean
you should be able to enter and exit the house without going up stairs. Stairs is nice but sucks.
Stairs in a gym is nice, and all but again terrible mode for moving things around. Somehow make it
able to have a disable person enter the house with little or no effort.

Out door area to grow things, I do not care if you have dogs, horses, fowls, or pigs. Even plants and trees. Without land it sucks to own a piece of property. That is like owning something for the logic of having something that is a house.

..................................................................................................................

So let me tell you about the "kick in the shin" about people living in apartments, rooms, hotels, etc. They all came from homes that had yards. That is the ultimate truth. For those people they can live in a tiny-apartment that is over-priced because they already had the joy of living in a big yard. Just remember your looking to build a home in a specific area of the world your not going to be able to get the welcome you so called wanted or deserve.

You have this guy who is bragging about his Japanese-apartment, and yet his home is some fenced off farm property located in rural US.

I knew this girl who lives from guy to guy like playing frogger, and yet she comes from a nice home where her family owns a restaurant, parlor that cators to the elderly people of another time. She and her sisters puts on dance shows for them while they eat. Yet her apartment she lives in she barely has anything at all asides for a matress, labtop, and set ups the Christmas Tree moving the matress out of way, just to make her Instagram shot.

..so be aware when you see that person living happy inside a small apartment with a small business, and small everything. They are in fact come from something a lot bigger. They are not struggling nore is working hard or have the same stressors.

Just to sum up my words. We might all live on the same floor but the day hen we are unable to make rent is the day when we stop being equal.
You see the foundation of a house? Some people never leave home, that their foundation is actually built on another persons ability to make rent
