Would you rather the aliens be robotic or organic?
She lives in the clouds and talks to the birds...

If they're friendly, then robotic, so it's less likely they'd be carrying some kind of disease that would wipe us out.
If they're hostile, then organic, so they'd be easier to fight.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Organic, maybe they'd have advanced medical technology or can teach special abilities like telepathy.

Pretty good reasoning on the disease consideration, but wouldn't it be easier to fight robotic aliens? Should be able to weaponize EMPs against them.

If they're organic, we'll probably kill them by accident. I mean, look at ET, or the Martians in 'War of the Worlds', or those other Martians in 'Mars Attacks!', or them dummies from 'Signs'. Heck, Stitch risks death any time he goes near a body of water more than four feet deep (good thing there's no deep water anywhere near Hawai'i, right).

I do wonder whether organic or robotic aliens are more likely to be hostile. Robots seem less likely to need/want anything of ours, but it does make me wonder what it implies if we're visited by robots. Did something happen to their organic makers? Are they scouts for organic aliens with unknown intentions?

If it was robotic Aliens they would have to be drones.

We already have organic aliens. They are bodies so pale the whites of their eyes appear yellow, red, green, or some other color. If you look closely you could see blood flowing through their veins. Kind of messed up when you think about it. But you have to observe one while it is still alive up-close to see the liquid in motion. Because blood is clear itself. I am not kidding.

Could be a Skynet situation.
