We had a family meal. It was awesome!! I baked apple pie and everyone loved it.

...it was alright, I guess.
I was going to go out to Dakota to visit Sis and the kids over the holiday, but Amtrak had to cancel my train tickets because of the ridiculous weather. They refunded my money and I was able to get my vacation time rescinded, so I didn't actually lose anything, just got it delayed. Still, holiday stuff is fun with the kids------------dyeing eggs with them and making up Easter baskets would have been a laugh, same as carving pumpkins and trick-or-treat is at Hallowe'en.
